Early Life Failure (ELF) / Dead On Arrival (DOA):
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.Peace-of-Mind (POM) Returns:
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied, even if the item is in working condition.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Cellularpedia reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are used, damaged, or in unreasonable condition.
All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending any item back.

For Peace-of-Mind returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
