  • Eligibility for Return: CellularPedia offers a 7-day Early Life Failure (ELF) or Dead On Arrival (DOA) return policy. If your product ceases to function or arrives in a non-working condition, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition for Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included items. Products returned not in their original condition may be subject to repair rather than replacement.
  • Peace-of-Mind (POM) Return Policy: In addition, CellularPedia provides a 7-day Peace-of-Mind (POM) return policy. This allows you to return items within 7 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied, even if the product is in working condition. However, please be aware that CellularPedia reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is found to be in an unreasonable and/or used condition. To ensure eligibility, please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and with all accessories.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

  • Processing Time: Refunds and replacements will be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the returned goods.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund. These include products that are damaged due to misuse or alteration, or items not returned in their original condition.
