1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Early Life Failure (ELF) / Dead On Arrival (DOA):
    If the product arrives damaged, defective, or stops functioning, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Peace-of-Mind (POM) Returns:
    You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied, even if the item is in working condition.
    The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Cellularpedia reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are used, damaged, or in unreasonable condition.

All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending any item back.


 

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team before returning any item.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or refund

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 to 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider

If an item is returned incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition, a replacement or partial refund may apply.


 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for eligible items are free of charge.

Exchanges will be processed once:

  • The exchange request is approved by customer service; and

  • The original item has been returned, unless otherwise agreed with our team.


 

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Cellularpedia will cover the return shipping cost

  • For Peace-of-Mind returns or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, modification, or not returned in original condition may not be eligible for return or refund. Any exclusions will be clearly stated where applicable.
